MORE THAN A SPORT: OWNING A HORSE IN LOCKDOWN

As lockdown across the country begins to ease, team sports can train with up to 15 people per session. For local horse rider Lauryn Farrell, she has never stopped over the last year.

Not even the pandemic could stop her, as every day even during the harshest restrictions, Lauryn could be at the stables two or three times a day. 

After a serious fall last year, her confidence took a blow, but hopes are there to get back to competitive jumping in the next few weeks.
